Jean Richard, MV Augusta Watch Tie-Up Announced

Swiss luxury watch brand Jean Richard will collaborate with Italian motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta to produce the "Chronos Scope MV Agusta" during December 2008.
The watch will feature an in-dial module near the 9-hand on the face, which will operate as a 30-minute stopwatch. This design is incorporated to mirror the appearance of the speedometer on an MV Agusta motorcycle.
The watch band will be designed in the same fashion, mirroring the seat cover pattern on an MV Agusta bike.
1,078 of the limited edition, rubber-coated, stainless steel watches with titanium bezels will be sold on the world market including Japan.
The price will be around $10,000 USD, in addition, 290 stainless steel models with pink gold bezels will also be produced, priced at around $15,000 USD.
Both models will be offered with 43x43x13.55mm cases and carry an engraving of the MV Agusta logo.
