Nobure Shirai: President and Lead moderator, Lux research Japan
Nobue is one of the founding members Lux Research Japan and company’s head moderator. She first learned interviewing skills as a consultant at moderator. In addition to moderation Nobue also serves as popular bilingual meeting and training facilitator for over 80of International domestic blue chip companies. Currently Nobue is focusing on research for established brands in the luxury goods, and travel segments. and travel segments. Nobue earned an MBA in the US, majoring international marketing.
Steven Sipes: Partner, Lux Reserch Japan
Steven is one of the founding members of Lux Research Japan. He gained initial experience with quantitative and qualitative research at Infoplan Inc (McCann Erickson Japan) before moving on to head the qualitative research department at MillwardMillward Millward Brown Japan. Steven is fluent in Japanese and holds a master in international management from the University of California, San Diego.
Atsushi Fujihara: Partner, Lux Reserch Japan
Atsushi is one of the founding members of Lux Research Japan and leads the group’s operations. Prior to establishing Lux Research Japan, Atsushi gained experience working at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consultant KK and IBM Business Consulting Services KK, in the areas of strategy, business development as a project manager. In addition to Luxury related projects, strategy, business development as a project manager.
